Making Confident Product Decisions: How Data and Analytics Are Changing in an AI World

New AI coding tools promise to make it easier to build and ship new products, enabling PMs to write code and engineers to design UIs. But while execution is accelerating, the way we use data to make product decisions hasn’t kept up. The new bottleneck is judgment. Knowing which problems are worth solving, whether what you shipped delivered value, how to measure an AI feature that behaves differently for every user.  In this session, we'll explore how best-in-class teams leverage data and analytics to make confident decisions and ship product that delights their customers, and moves the metrics they care about.

The MCP Shift:

How Model Context Protocol is Rewiring Product, Data, and Growth

The emergence of Model Context Protocol (MCP) is rewriting the rules of how software gets built, how AI gets embedded into products, and how companies compete for customer loyalty. This panel brings together product and engineering leaders to examine what's actually changing on the ground. We'll explore how teams are rethinking roadmaps when AI agents can act across systems rather than just within them and how data scientists are navigating a world where context becomes the competitive moat. Whether you're shipping features, driving growth, or building business models the MCP era demands a new mental model for all three.

What Separates AI Programs That Scale From Ones That Stall

Launching AI initiatives is the easy part. Building one that compounds, where each product decision makes the next one smarter, and AI stops being a project and starts being how your team works, is something far fewer organizations have figured out. Drawing on his experience scaling AI programs across some of the world’s largest enterprises, Prabhath breaks down the patterns he sees again and again: what stalling actually looks like from the inside, what scaling teams do in the first 90 days that others don’t, and how get the most out of your program.

The Death of the Click:

Navigating the Shift from UI to Agent Analytics

For the past decade, the product playbook was written in clicks, funnels, and conversion flows. But as generative AI replaces static interfaces with conversational agents, our traditional instrumentation is breaking. How do you measure the "conversion" of a vibe, a tone, or a personality?

In this session, Kylan Gibbs, CEO of Inworld AI, explores the transition from tracking user actions to examining agent interactions. We will move beyond basic chat logs to discuss how leading companies are treating AI model selection as a core product experiment—A/B testing LLMs, prompts, and voices against hard business outcomes like retention and LTV. Finally, we’ll look at the future of "Self-Evolving Products": systems that use real-time data loops to automatically optimize their own configurations, closing the gap between insight and action.

The New Rules of Ecommerce:

Building an AI-Ready Product Data Foundation: Agentic Data Modeling For Better Product Decisions

AI is only as good as the data behind it and most product teams are still working with fragmented, poorly structured event data that limits what AI can deliver. In this session, learn how modern teams are using agentic approaches to transform raw product and behavioral data into AI-ready foundations for analytics, experimentation, and automation. We’ll explore how AI agents can accelerate schema design, recommend instrumentation, map messy event streams to business logic, and continuously enforce data quality as products evolve. Join us to see how leading teams are building trustworthy product data foundations that enable faster insights, smarter experimentation, and more confident product decisions.
