Amir Movafaghi is the Chief Executive Officer at Mixpanel. Most recently he was Mixpanel’s Chief Operating Officer, and prior served as Chief Financial Officer at Spiceworks Inc., a leading IT network, and marketplace connecting companies to technology solutions across industries. Previously, he held various leadership roles at Twitter Inc., where he helped scale the company from 150 to 4,000+ employees and also helped lead the company through its IPO.
Neil Rahilly is the VP of Product and Design at Mixpanel where he oversees Product Management, Product Design, Customer Support, and Education teams. Prior to this position, Neil was VP Engineering after working as a Software Engineer and leading Infrastructure Engineering. Before Mixpanel, Neil was the co-founder of Atomic Contacts. Neil holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a JD/MBA from the University of Toronto.
Jessica Wang is the VP of Marketing at Mixpanel where she leads the performance, brand, product marketing, and communications teams. Prior to this role, Jessica led marketing at Vidora, a predictive A.I. platform. Jessica has deep leadership experience at technology companies, including Square, Blue Jeans Network, XBOX, and Microsoft Office.
Pierre Berlin is the Vice President of Sales at Mixpanel, where he is working to scale the company’s international presence. Pierre has 20 years of experience in building, scaling, and developing teams. Most recently Pierre helped London-based start-up DueDil develop its B2B go-to-market strategy in Europe. Prior to DueDil, Pierre spent 10 years in roles across marketing, sales, and management at Business Objects (acquired by SAP), and 5+ years at Linkedin where he opened four offices (France, Italy, Spain, MENA), before leading the entire Linkedin Talents Solution team in EMEA, consisting of 800 people across 9 offices.
Justin Lau is the Vice President of Finance & Partnerships where he leads the finance, partnerships, revenue operations, and corporate development functions. Prior to joining Mixpanel, Justin practiced law at Cooley LLP, where he focused primarily on representing public and private technology companies, including Mixpanel, in a broad range of corporate, strategic, operational, governance and securities matters, including venture capital financings, capital markets offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
David Pan is the Vice President of Engineering at Mixpanel. Prior to this role, David led engineering teams at Twitter and Amazon in building popular consumer products. He has also worked on a variety of product offerings at Microsoft including Windows Mobile and Office 365. David holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Amy Hsuan is the Vice President of People and Business Operations at Mixpanel where she leads the Human Resources, Recruiting, and Business Operations teams. Prior to this role, Amy spent seven years leading teams focused on innovation strategy at The Boston Consulting Group helping companies to create and execute growth strategies. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a master’s from Wharton Business School.
James Allee is the Vice President of Legal at Mixpanel, where he leads the company’s legal, information security, IT and workplace operations teams. He has represented public and private technology companies, entrepreneurs, and venture capital investors in a broad range of legal, operational, governance, and strategic matters. He brings experience from Cooley LLP, AppDynamics, Inc., and Blue Coat Systems, Inc. James holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, and degrees in economics and history from the University of California at Berkeley.
