Promotion Period

The Promotion starts on April 25, 2024, and ends on April 24, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). This Promotion Period may be extended without notice.
References to “we,” “our,” “us,” and “Mixpanel” refer to Mixpanel, Inc., the sponsor of this Promotion. “You” refers to an eligible Promotion participant.

Promotion Description

During the Promotion, participants that meet the eligibility requirements described below will be assigned a credit equal to one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000.00) (the “Credit”) applicable to their purchase of Mixpanel’s Growth Plan. Unused, unexpired credits may be used to purchase upgrades for Events or MTUS or add-on products from Mixpanel.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to participate in this Promotion if you meet the following requirements:

You are currently a subscriber to LinkedIn Corporation’s (“Linkedin”) Premium Company Page program (available here).

You receive a code from LinkedIn to redeem the Credit.

You are not an existing, paid customer of Mixpanel’s Application Services as of the date the Credit is redeemed (“Promo Redemption Date”) and you have not purchased Mixpanel’s Application Services in the three (3) months prior to the Promo Redemption Date.

You purchase a Growth Plan Subscription for the Application Services via Mixpanel’s website (https://mixpanel.com/pricing/plan-builder/) for a twelve (12) month subscription term.

Additional Terms and Conditions

If you meet the Eligibility Requirements and would like to participate in the Promotion, you understand and agree that:

The Credit expires twelve (12) months from the date the Credit is issued by Linkedin.

The Credit cannot be combined with other credits or promotions for the purchase of Application Services.

You have read and understand these terms, and if you are enrolling your employer or another entity to participate in the Promotion you: (i) have full legal power and authority to bind your employer or such entity to these terms; and (ii) agree to these terms on behalf of the party you represent.

Your use of Mixpanel’s products is governed by the Agreement, unless you and Mixpanel have entered into a written governing Master Services Agreement, in which case such written agreement will govern.

Definitions:

“Agreement” means the Master Services Agreement available at https:// mixpanel.com/legal/terms-of-use.

Any capitalized but undefined terms herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
