Mixpanel’s global privacy program is designed to assure customers that use of Mixpanel can help them comply with regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Mixpanel customers will always know how we use the data we collect. Mixpanel’s general Privacy Statement explains our privacy practices regarding personal information that we collect, use, share, and secure from users on www.mixpanel.com and as further described in that statement. Our Marketing Privacy Statement complements our general Privacy Statement, and details how we collect and use information for marketing purposes. GDPR

Mixpanel customers have access to an open API for event deletion and data export functionality. In addition, our SDKs can be configured so our customer’s website and mobile app visitors can quickly opt out of being tracked. Mixpanel’s global privacy program and its information security teams work hard to ensure the tools our customers need to ensure compliance with the GDPR are working well.
